Postage & Delivery
Our online shop does not provide shipping quotes outside of Australia. For international orders and postage quotes outside of Australia, please email email@example.com
We currently offer $14 flat-rate shipping Australia wide for online orders, unless otherwise specified. Reliquaire reserves the right to not ship an item for flat-rate or free shipping where the item is too large or heavy to reasonably do this. In this instance you will be contacted with an additional freight quote. If you do not wish to purchase additional freight, your order will be refunded as quickly as possible.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Please ensure the Shipping Address given at checkout is a home, business or work address where someone is there to sign for the delivery. As Fastway Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes, PO Box addresses can only be provided for the purchase of a small item (that fits inside a 500g Australia Post satchel, for example: clothing, jewellery, wallet).
We endeavour to ship all online orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery to some parts of Australia can take up to 10 business days. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you wish to arrange Express Postage (additional charges apply).
If delivery is unsuccessful, it will be taken back to a local Post Office or Fastway Depot and you will need to collect it from the advised location ASAP. Reliquaire is not responsible for parcels that are sent back to us because they have not been collected. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact us for tracking information.

Reliquaire reserves the right for pricing in store to differ from pricing online, and for pricing to change without notice.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges unless goods are faulty and/or complies with Australian Consumer Law or Tasmanian Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading (http://www.consumer.tas.gov.au/home). We are not required to grant a refund or exchange for change of mind.
All orders are checked before they are sent. If your item is defective, faulty or has been damaged during postage, please email a photo of the damage to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery, to arrange a refund or exchange.

Out Of Stock Items
Our online shop is updated regularly to only show items in stock. However, if an item you have purchased is out of stock, we will contact you.
There is a possibility that items could be 'double sold' in store and online simultaneously. If this occurs we will try to supply the item quickly, or refund your payment as soon as possible.
We respect your rights to privacy. Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, phone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Reliquaire.
Your credit card details are not stored in our systems as we use PayPal or eWay to securely process debit & credit card payments online.
If you prefer to pay credit card over the phone, you may call us between 9am-5pm (AEST) any day, on (03) 6426 2599. This information will be processed immediately and not stored.
